Together with “Het Thuismakers Collectief” Spacific did a pilot-project in Lombardijen Rotterdam- Zuid. In cooperation with housing corporation Havensteder we created a “Feeling Home” strategy to search for the collective home feeling of the occupants of one living block. This research was the start for a design for the common area’s.
The idea is that both the tenants and the housing corporation have profit of the renewed “home feeling”. Spacific did the translation and the accompaniment with the tenants during the design proces.
