The pop-up store in Hoog Catharijne in Utrecht is the first Y-Yogurt store. The fresh yogurt for on the go is tapped and finished on the spot. That makes the working space and the taps crucial parts of this store and therefore they got a central place. A dark wooden basis with a working table with display cases and the taps on the back wall creates a compact work zone. On the back wall above the taps is room for communication about the yogurt varieties. Next to the middle unit there is place for the supporting equipment. The brand is communicated on both sidewalls.
